MISSION AND VISION

In the European Jurisdiction of the Church of the Living God International, Inc. (CLGI), our mission is to carry out Jesus Christ his great commission by starting churches in every community.

In the European Jurisdiction of the CLGI, our vision is to start churches in every country, city, and community. We want to build a network of churches that are dedicated to genuine and powerful worship, helping to reach those who do not yet know God. To make a difference, we aim to strategically place churches in different locations. Our goal is to not have mega churches in our jurisdiction, but as soon as a church has more than a certain number of members, we, we will begin creating a new group (bible study). Within three years, this new group (bible study) should become a thriving, independent church.

Place of refuge

Our core mission is to share the good news with those who are broken-hearted. We bring hope and healing to a world in need, extending grace and love as we fulfill the Great Commission (spread the Gospel) (Matthew 28:16-20).

Transparency

We believe in honesty and openness in all we do. Our communication is clear and straightforward. We believe that a transparent foundation strengthens the bonds of fellowship and allows the light of God's truth to shine through all aspects of our church life.

Community and family

We serve and uplift our local and global communities, focusing on those in need and promoting fairness. We value strong, supportive relationships within our church family, where everyone can find connection and belonging. We welcome all with open hearts, reflecting Christ's love and compassion (1 John 4:7).

Empowerment

We empower individuals to discover and use their God-given talents. By building up the church and supporting ministry work, we help establish churches across Europe.

We maintain a respectful and positive presence online, aligning with our church’s values. We promote inclusivity, respect privacy, and avoid divisive content. Our goal is to be transparent, authentic, and responsible in all our online communications.

We are committed to help saints grow spiritually through prayer, worship, and studying God’s word, empowering saints to deepen their relationship with Him. We also support growth in education, work, and financial well-being, helping our community live with purpose and abundance.

We celebrate the uniqueness of each person and create unity within our diverse congregation. We cherish the richness that different backgrounds bring, organizing fellowship that welcomes everyone, no matter their race or origin.

Welcome to the history page of the European Jurisdiction of the CLGI. Our journey began in 1986 with a vision to spread the gospel across Europe. Over the years, the European Jurisdiction has grown from a single congregation in Germany to a thriving network of churches spanning multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, and beyond.
